Declan Phillips founded Phillips Building & Property Repair in 2016, having gained substantial experience and a degree in construction management.

Declan began his career working initially for a specialist structural repair company, and then for a larger insurance-related repair company.

As his reputation grew, he began to receive direct appointment requests from intermediaries, leading to the decision to set up his own business.

Starting with just two people, Phillips Building & Property Repair has grown to a workforce of 20+ tradespeople and a wide network of reliable contractors.

The key to this growth is word-of-mouth referrals, combined with Declan’s background in insurance and construction management and his thriving contact network.

Today, Phillips Building & Property Repair exclusively carries out insurance-related remedial works. We combine proven expertise, continuously updated to the latest standards, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and care.
