At Phillips Building & Property Repair, we are experienced in handling the devastating effects of fire and flood.

Our specialist team are experts in repairing a wide range of buildings: commercial and residential, listed buildings, and those located in conservation areas.

The process begins with stripping out all damaged elements, including ceilings, walls, floors, kitchens and bathrooms. We then rebuild and repair, including electrics, plumbing and heating, before redecorating the entire premises.

At the end of the works, the building is restored to its original state, with no need for further intervention. Our builders and contractors are continuously trained in the latest restoration techniques, environmental policies and health & safety standards.
