Structural Repairs in Herts, Beds, Bucks, and North London

Structural repairs are needed when a property has been damaged by subsidence. As the name suggests, they concern the structural elements of the building: the foundations, floors, roof, and permanent exterior walls.

The process starts with substructure repairs: remedial works to the foundations of the building. This might involve mass concrete underpinning, or installing steel or concrete piers. We then repair the floor to ensure that it is completely level and free from damage.

We follow up with superstructure repairs to the upper parts of the building. We might repair or rebuild cracked walls, and remedy damage to the roof. By the end of the process, the structure of the property will be intact and strong.
